so my last post was in 2009 and since then, my wife and i welcomed owen to the boom family, born july 3rd. he's awesome.
so he's part of the reason why i haven't done anything with this site. i've been meaning to update the look of this site with a complete redesign, but finding time for those types of things is next to impossible.
so for now, i'll be updating with photos that i've taken over the last 2 years that haven't found their way online yet. hope you enjoy... |

i still heart sunprinting
|
today i received an email from a teacher who wanted some information regarding sunprinting. this is not a new thing - over the life of this site, i've received 8 to 10 emails asking how i do it, which is extremely flattering. who would have thought that people would be coming to me?!?!
in any case, if you have a question about sunprinting, let me know. i'm by no means an expert, but i'd be happy to share what i can.
all this talk of sunprinting has made me miss it. it's probably been 2 years since i've made any new sunprints, but i've taken many, many photos and said "this would make an awesome sunprint!" now the challenge is finding those photos and the time around midday. wish me luck.... |

winter starts in 3 days...

so i decided to get my butt in gear and post the rest of the fall 2008 photographs. i've decided to remove the photos from 2004-2007 because there were 100+ and surfing through them all from year to year is a bit frustrating. i'm working on creating an archive where you can view photos by year, so if you'd like to see something from older, shoot me an email and i'll figure something out.

it's strange to be posting fall photos when all that i can think about is the holidays. with that being said, i'd like to wish you a merry christmas, happy hanukkah, joyous kwanza, stupendous arbor day, or whatever it is that you celebrate around this time.
